Monika Miczura, aka Mitsou is a Hungarian folk singer that claims Beyonce' and her camp illegally used her vocals for the intro of her smash record, "Drunk In Love". Mitsou wants to be compensated for damages of course but also demands the removal of her voice from the commercial single because of its explicit lyrics. The original song is about "hopelessness."
According to the law suit via. The Grio:
“All together, Mitsou’s vocals are featured for over one and half minutes of the five and one half minute song”. The original recording of “Bajba, Bajba Pelem,” was released under the title “Gypsy Life on the Road” by North Pacific Records in 1997.
