NEW MUSIC ALERT: Beats N Barz The Mixtape

Pounding heavy beats through the speakers with verbs & words that drizzle on like hot fudge over vanilla ice cream. That’s the ideal combination that you get from this dynamic duo, Beats and Barz! The delivery is long awaited, but is the hip hop community ready to receive @CertifiedGage, local Brooklynite and Bronx native @TheRealMalachi,? Representing withwordplay that defines them to the ranks of other “hot 2’s” renowned for blessing the mic with “hot 16’s”..... 

They’re new age talent, but reminiscent of Meth and Red, EPMD, Smif’ and Wesson to say the least… they’ve got those head nod hooks, constructed for a dance floor two step. The music isn’t only designed to be hardcore, you can dance to their tracks. Sometimes there’s a feel of Trap music, then contrasted with a lil’ reggae chant spittin’ on a track, and least expected the duocan harmonize.

Listening to the infectious intro of the “Beats and BarzMixtape”, they defend authentic NYC hip hop, yet display a range of styles as you continue listening. The track entitled“Blasphemy”, presents rappers Malachi plus Gage, which equalsthe right formula, “Beats and Barz”. They compare their own deliveries to the likes of 2Pac, letting the world know “I don’t hate a hater for hatin’, I just hate the fact that they’re too timid to tell me they’ll never do it like my crew! I deserve to be UP!” Contrasts in thought provoking lyrics explore the being of the artist as he recites “im the child of a goddess who had a child with a demon”. These two are definitely ones to be on the lookout for… Beats and Barz are on the rise.
